The MMX® are a full service agency on the Montreal music scene, offering business management, band booking and venue promotion but always with an artists-based focus; will now entertain both band auditions and independent artists for it's upcoming 2020 lineups.
Auditioning for the MMX®
How does it work? We match you with musicians at your level of ability/musical tastes and after pre-paying your fixed monthly studio fees, you will practice with fellow members in one of our rehearsal studios. The ultimate objective of course, is to eventually perform paying gigs - we normally have a half-dozen or so bands forming at any one time ( cover, tribute, etc.) and also form original acts based on our extensive membership roster.
Beginners are NOT admitted under any circumstances and our auditions are by invitation ONLY. If approved, you will be asked to perform at our next monthly meetup with an assigned band.

The MMX® is an association of both Musicians and Vocalists dedicated to taking back control over the production, performance and management of live music in Montreal and surrounding areas. As a Private, MEMBERS-ONLY group, we hold auditions every week and will accept only those experienced Musicians and Vocalists we deem fit for performance.
